Improve PS3 Slow Download Speeds

PS3 slow download speeds are affecting a lot of PS3 users across the World at the moment. There is no official reason from Sony although many people have their theories. If you suspect this to be the problem, you can try turning the software off for a small period of time but be warned, this will lead you machine and entire network being left vulnerable to attacks.

Torrent software
Torrent programs and other file sharing software eat up bandwidth like there's no tomorrow. The answer is to simply turn the software off as it will not only give you PS3 slow download issues but it will slow down your browsing too.
